Police or State Sanctioned Killers

It seems to me that the more I listen to the news the less faith I have in law enforcement. Every time there's an incident the answer is the use their firearms and many times the "perp" ends up dead. Who gave these people the right to be judge, jury and executioner? Well, it's the very government that we've supposedly elected. Maybe it's time to wake up and smell the roses and do something about it. We have rights that are supported by the Rights and Freedoms Act (her in Canada), so why are the police killing citizens in record numbers?

It's BECAUSE WE LET THEM, and we're all to blame.
