The BIG - I Want!
I'm writing this today because there is so much unhappiness in the world that's directly connected to a person's life style. By doing nothing, you're committing yourself to a life of running the treadmill and never knowing any different, or asking why your running! I truly believe that the human condition of unhappiness is caused by the "I WANT". The I want this and the I want that, it's the big "I" idiom of the egotistical mind. Do all the purchases you make equate to happiness?Maybe for a short time you're happy, but that wears off and your stuck paying the bill, and sometimes a hefty one, for that moment of happiness.

Morning Cigarettes Increase Cancer Risk
There is nothing a regular smoker enjoys more than that early morning cigarette, but recent research in the US shows that the dawn nicotine hit can have grave consequences on your health.
Research released in the US has shown that smokers who light up soon after waking up in the morning greatly increase their chances of developing cancer. The study, published in the journal Cancer, was conducted by Penn State College of Medicine and focused on 4,776 smokers, currently with lung cancer and 2,835 smokers without cancer. The combined effect on early morning smoking amongst the 7,610 participants proved that the development of lung cancer could be contributed to smoking habits, in particular the time of day.
